By using fllo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you will comply with these Terms.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post (photos, articles, comments, etc.). By posting content, you grant fllo a non-exclusive license to use it for operating and promoting the Service. Do not post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited: posting content that defames, harasses, or threatens others; spreading spam or misinformation; unauthorized collection or disclosure of others' personal information; interfering with the Service; posting illegal content (obscenity, copyright infringement, etc.).
5. Content Moderation
fllo may remove or hide content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the Service, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or deletion.
6. Advertising
Third-party advertisements may appear on the Service. Advertisements do not reflect the views of fllo, and fllo is not responsible for any transactions with advertisers.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, fllo is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, errors, or user content. The Service is provided "as is."
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in advance through an in-service notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
