In the photo, BIGBANG radiated overwhelming charisma in a space filled with intense red light. With no particular devices, the members dominated the frame through presence and gesture alone. BIGBANG will release its new digital single "BiiiG" at 6 p.m. on the 19th, the day of its 20th debut anniversary. It's the group's first new song in about four years, since "Still Life (Bom Yeoreum Gaeul Gyeoul)," released in 2022. This new song is also the first official track it puts out after regrouping into a three-member lineup of G-DRAGON, Taeyang, and Daesung. From its very title—intuitively capturing the name and presence of BIGBANG, which has created a huge (BIG) current in the K-pop market over the past 20 years—it offers a glimpse of exceptional confidence.
YG described the new song as "the song that most vividly shows the present of BIGBANG." As a track that condenses the musical color it has built over a long time while also capturing a present-day sensibility, it's expected to imprint an intense presence on the global music market once again.
A World Tour Opening Right After the Single's Release
Right after the release of "BiiiG," BIGBANG also embarks on its 20th-anniversary world tour "BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR XX : COSMOS." After raising the tour's curtain in Goyang from the 21st to the 23rd, it will hold 33 shows in total across 19 cities worldwide, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. Alongside this, it plans to carry on various 20th-anniversary projects, including fan events and exhibitions around the Han River and Jamsil areas.
